The machine works on cavity filling and release principle hence the machine can be used for multipurpose forming applications. It can handle different viscosity of dough.

Products like dry-fruits, chocolate chip, chunks can be added in the dough in huge quantities.

Top quality PLC, Display unit and electrical are used. The number of rows and number of deposits per tray can be changed in the memory of the computer.

The machine is fitted with Bonfiglioli life long oil filled gear boxes & special heavy duty motors and VF Drives.

The machine operates on 3 phase 415V AC. The machine is also available in single phase 220V power supply on request.

The production capacity of the machine is 10000pcs/per hour.
